What if I cancel a campaign?

Rest assured that any unused credits will remain available for future campaigns. The majority of the credits will be immediately transferred from the "reserved" category to the "available" category. However, five credits will be withheld under the "reserved" category for a period of three days. This is due to Facebook's reporting process, which takes three days to report the funds used in an ad campaign. These five credits will serve as a buffer while Facebook finalizes their reporting. Once the three days have passed, any remaining credits from the five that were withheld will be transferred back to your "available" credits.
